1:1 Holistic Therapy

Grace and Perseverance is a faith-driven holistic therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals cultivate a Christ-centered mindset, release limiting beliefs, and move toward emotional clarity, resilience, and purpose.

As a Holistic Therapist, Grace and Perseverance integrates biblical principles, mindset work, and personal development tools to support emotional well-being and inner growth. With a background in Criminal Justice and ongoing training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, this work is grounded, thoughtful, and deeply attentive to the emotional and relational challenges people face in real life.

Sessions focus on strengthening thought patterns, building emotional awareness, and encouraging personal responsibility and discernment, without pressure, performance, or spiritual manipulation.

The goal is not perfection, but alignment: learning to live with greater peace, confidence, and intention while remaining rooted in faith.
